Cabin Rates and Information
These charges include your cabin, horseback riding (twice per day or once per day for a long picnic ride), all fresh-ingredient from-scratch meals, Kid Team activities, hiking, fishing without a guide (State licenses are required), and many other amenities. We do cater to any special food requests, including gluten-free, vegetarian, Paleo, and the like. At check-out, a 20% service charge, 5% sales tax, and 5% lodging tax will be applied to every final guest statement upon departure. You are welcome to check in at any time on your day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your departure day. If you decide to stay and ride, you will be charged for a quarter day, and if you stay for lunch into the afternoon, you will be charged for a half day. We do have Golf Carts available for guests 21 and older who may need them due to medical or other conditions. For necessary use, the daily rate is $65.00.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. We ask that if you are paying via check that you bring one with you. We will also have you place a credit card on file. If you do not bring a check with you, we will charge the card on file.
We require a minimum 5-night stay during our peak season [June 1st until August 31st].
We do not accept any reservation under a 5-night stay.
This policy is strictly enforced for all guests.

Incredible Amenities come standard
There is a high demand for our Ranch experience and we ask that you make your reservations very clearly with regard to the amount of time that you wish to stay with us. The Ranch has a 3 month season from June 1 - August 31. It is imperative that we be able to offer every available space. We do require deposits, covering your entire stay, made prior to your arrival at the Ranch. For ALL reservations, those deposits are not refundable unless you cancel two months PRIOR to your arrival date.
Although we love pets, we only allow ADA animals.
The Ranch has 15-plus dogs that call it their home. With so many remodeled cabins and other guests with allergy issues, we request that you leave your animals at home.

About childcare for the littles. There is nothing sweeter than bringing the whole family to the Ranch so they grow and learn the family traditions of this experience, which has endured for over a century! Families have been doing it for years. Along has come the universal change of single parenting and/or women working intensely in the corporate world— all of which we applaud and say “about time!” Margi, in fact, is one of those parents—a single mother of five children with a whopping business to conduct! Back then, nannies ruled the day! Margi’s workday was from 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. every day straight through the summers. Those 3 nannies covered those shifts, with one just to take the days off each. It was smooth. They even traveled to Disney World, Europe, the Bahamas, and New York. Fun for them—great for us! It’s a splurge worth considering—pooling a sitter within families. There is nothing like happy kids with a known, consistent caregiver to give moms peace of mind. Please consider it next time you come to the Ranch. Meanwhile, we apologize for not having the staff available for extra care. We don’t have the flexibility to hire “stand-by” employees whom we never know when they’re needed. (And everyone already hired has their assigned long-hour days when they are serving all of our guests!)
